What payment methods does Hip Bambini accept?

How can I make a purchase?

What does it mean if the product I want is only available for ‘Pre-Order’?

If an item has a ‘Pre Order’ button, it simply means that product is not currently in stock. Pre-order items can still be purchased and your item will be allocated from our next container. The expected delivery date will be stated underneath the ‘Add To Cart’ button on the product page.

Where can I find assembly instructions for my Hip Bambini product?

All assembly instructions are in the box. If you do discard them, don't panic we can provide more, just email us at hello@hipbambini.com.au

Will I have to assemble my order once it arrives?

Our items do come flat packed. We promise they are not argument inducing and you should be able to build with ease then sit back and realise what a great partner you have or team you are!

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

First of all, we are really sorry that your item wasn’t received in perfect condition. This is rare but we also understand it can happen (and we are gutted too) We will assist as fast as we can and get your perfect product to you as quickly as our team can.

All we need is some images of the damaged items sent to hello@hipbambini.com.au and we will attend to your damaged item and fix things up as soon as possible.

  • Email at hello@hipbambini.com.au. Please ensure you include all contact details and product details, order information etc. This will allow us to assist you more effectively with a product enquiry or order.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't normally make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, products or payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major card payments, which will be debited and cleared by Shopify Payments. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Once your online order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorisation is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will however endeavour to inform customers ASAP so that they may resolve the problem.

Do you have strict site security?

All orders are 'encrypted' to ensure safe transmission to us. We utilise secure server software (SSL) through Shopify Inc to ensure your information cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

Pricing and promotions

At Hip Bambini we endeavour to stock ethical products with honest pricing. We never knowingly oversell, and we offer our customers the best prices we can. We also offer short term sales, product promotions, special offers periodically. We also offer discount codes. Unfortunately these can never be used retrospectively (on orders already placed), or after the expiry date given. You can normally also use online codes when ordering over the phone and by email. Only one voucher code may be used per transaction.
